Duration
of rental
The minimum duration is 1 day, with the possibility of extension up to 24 hours before the deadline, subject to availability.
Mileage
included
You are allowed 200 kilometers per day. Above this threshold, a fee of €4.23 is charged for each extra kilometer.
Requirements
for rental
The driver must be at least 25 years old and have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
Deposit
security
A security deposit of €8,000 is required at the time of pickup, which can be made through Stripe.
The amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days after checking the condition of the vehicle and if there is no damage or additional cost.
Free delivery
at the airport
We offer free delivery at Ciampino and Fiumicino airports.
Policy
cancellation
Free cancellation up to 10 days before rental. Penalty of 30% (deposit withheld) for cancellation 9 to 3 days before. 100% penalty for cancellation within 48 hours of departure.
Payment
Method
Reservations at least 15 days in advance: 30% down payment. Reservations between 4 and 14 days: 50% down payment, Last minute reservations (within 3 days): full payment in advance
Confirmation
of reservation
The vehicle is considered reserved only upon receipt of the down payment. The final balance can be made at the time of delivery by ATM or financial credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Return of vehicle and fuel
First full tank is included.
If you do not run out during your rental, you can return the car with the remaining fuel. On the other hand, if you run out, we ask that you refill the tank before returning it.
